Thanks to the Casper Fire Department, AppleTree Learning Center has had a Junior Fire Academy training for its Early Kindergarten and Kindergarten classes since 1998. Once a month visits by "Fireman Dale" or his assistants, help the children learn fire safety skills and also familiarizes them with how a Fireman in full dress equipment looks. We visit a fire station and the fire training tower. The children receive recognition through a special ceremony at their graduation. Members of the Casper Fire Department are our friends and we appreciate the support they give to our program and the children in our community!
