Quest

Monday - Friday                                                     6:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Our quality school-age program combines the best of the structure of school and the informality of home. We meet the needs of the child's development; cognitive, social, emotional, and physical - encompassing the "whole child", not just part. The children have time for snacks and socializing with friends, physical activities, play, homework and other academic pursuits in a nurturing and safe environment. The blending of these various activities creates a quality program that helps youth develop skills that will last a lifetime!

An emphasis is placed on guiding and reinforcing a positive self-concept, developing character, teaching tolerance and learning appropriate problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Breakfast is available to all children until 7:45 daily.

  • Children are encouraged to explore their world in a learning environment that has many different centers to engage and challenge them.

  • Children are able to participate in outdoor activities in our numerous playground areas, promoting interaction between children and nature.

  • Children are walked to Paradise Valley Elementary School at 8:30 AM and are walked promptly to the Center when school is dismissed at 3:30PM.

  • Children have the opportunity to read in a quiet, relaxing and peaceful area.

  • Time for homework and tutoring is available on a daily basis.

At Quest, we believe that children have a lifetime to be adults, so we encourage them to enjoy their childhood with playful, interesting, and developmentally appropriate activities. We realize that growth and development are unique to the individual. Our goal is to stimulate children and open doors for them, not to push or rush them. In a supportive environment where there is warmth, respect, guidance and positive reinforcement, children feel loved, worthy and are able to learn!
